“Bro, I Said TOUCHDOWN, Not TACKLE!” — Aaron Rodgers Loses It After Teammate Tackles Him During Celebration! (Video)

Thursday Night Football gave us a true battle of the 40-year-old quarterbacks — Aaron Rodgers vs. Joe Flacco. The Bengals may have won 33–31, but the real highlight came after a touchdown, not during it!

Late in the fourth quarter, down by six, Rodgers threw a gorgeous 68-yard touchdown pass to tight end Pat Freiermuth. The veteran QB was so hyped he broke out his signature “Mario celebration.” But then — plot twist! His teammate, tackle Broderick Jones, got a little too excited and accidentally tackled Rodgers to the ground during the celebration.

Rodgers wasn’t amused. He got up fuming, yelled something at Jones, and even shoved him away.

You can’t really blame him — the Bengals didn’t sack him once all night. In fact, they managed just two QB hits. Ironically, the hardest hit the 41-year-old took came from his own teammate!

And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the Bengals marched right down the field afterward and kicked a game-winning field goal. The Steelers dropped to 4–2, while Cincinnati climbed back into AFC North contention at 3–4.

Still, Rodgers had a solid outing — 249 yards, four touchdowns, and one very unnecessary tackle courtesy of Broderick Jones. Maybe next time, Rodgers will wear a sticker on his helmet that says, “Caution: Fragile, Do Not Tackle.”
