Chicago Bears’ new head coach Ben Johnson is as chill as it gets. Meanwhile, the media can’t stop buzzing—Is Tom Brady secretly playing double agent? On one side, he’s on the mic for Fox. On the other, he’s a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. Two roles at once, and right before the Bears face the Cowboys… and the Raiders play the Bears the following week. Convenient, right?
Brady is set to call Sunday’s game at Soldier Field, then watch his Raiders face off against Chicago. If you’re a regular fan, you might be thinking—“Hold up, this sounds like a Netflix spy thriller!” But Johnson? Totally unbothered.
Ben Johnson isn't worried about divulging information that can be used against the Bears when he participates in production meetings with Tom Brady and the Fox broadcast crew ahead of Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

According to Johnson, Brady could just watch the tape like everyone else and won’t get access to some magical “cheat code.” The coach made it clear—“I’ve been in pure coachspeak mode all season, so no trade secrets are slipping out.”
Cowboys offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer had some fun with the situation too, joking, “I’m not even going to talk to Tom”—like a kid in class saying, “I’m not sitting next to him, he cheats!”
Meanwhile, the NFL jumped in with some classic fine print. They ruled that Brady can’t attend team facilities or production meetings, but sure, go ahead and sit in the coaches’ booth with a headset on game day. So the question lingers—what exactly is Brady doing up there? Watching plays? Taking notes? Maybe multitasking like a pro?
At the end of the day, Bears fans might be side-eyeing the whole thing, but Johnson remains cool as a cucumber. As long as he sticks to generic coachspeak, Brady can sit in any booth he wants—the Bears’ locker room is staying locked down.
