In his seven seasons with the Raiders, he’s been to the Pro Bowl four straight years, and this year, he’s already off to another fiery start: 4 sacks, 28 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 1 interception, and 1 forced fumble. Basically, he’s the only bright spot in an otherwise gloomy Raiders season.

But just as the rumor started heating up, NFL insider Clarence Hill Jr. came in like a fire extinguisher and cooled it down real quick, saying the Cowboys haven’t actually made any contact with the Raiders.

But the Raiders are off to a miserable 2–5 start. Despite adding QB Geno Smith, rookie RB Ashton Jeanty, and head coach Pete Carroll, they look far from playoff contention.
