When it comes to the New York Jets, every game feels like a new reality show — this episode could easily be titled “How to Waste a Half Like a Pro.”
On Sunday night against the Denver Broncos, the Jets delivered yet another classic blunder. With just 15 seconds left in the first half, the team reached midfield — a perfect chance to call a timeout and set up a field goal. But apparently, head coach Aaron Glenn thought time management was optional!

Instead of stopping the clock, Glenn let it run out… peacefully. Maybe he mistook the NFL for a “no-break marathon.”

Garrett Wilson was not having it. Cameras caught him visibly furious, storming off the field and confronting his coach on the way to the locker room.

And when they say “incensed,” they mean it — Wilson looked like he was ready to chew through his helmet. The man wasn’t just frustrated with the play call; he was frustrated with the entire concept of “coaching decisions.”

To make things worse, the Jets managed only 69 total yards in the entire first half — that’s about as far as you can walk while looking for a decent parking spot. Fans took to Twitter, asking the obvious: “Coach, could you not call a timeout? Or did the batteries die on your stopwatch?”

Honestly, you can’t even blame Wilson for losing it. When your offense looks like a stalled car and your coach treats the clock like background noise, a sideline meltdown feels pretty justified.

But hey, Jets fans are used to this by now. Every week brings a fresh “headline moment” — if chaos were a stat, they’d be leading the league.

At this point, if the NFL ever launches a show called “Coaching Blunders: The Series,” Aaron Glenn would probably get the Lifetime Achievement Award.
