Now the question is, will Ramsey escape a fine? Probably not. The good news is, he won’t be suspended and is expected to be available for Pittsburgh’s game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. So his aggressive style on the field is still very much in play.
After this whole incident, fans probably asked themselves during the halftime coffee break, “Is the NFL turning into a reality show now?” Tomlin’s statement only added to the humor. Players are essentially told: if someone spits in your face, respond naturally—no conference room policy or “proper conduct” handbook required!
