Joe Burrow on Myles Garrett: “He Can Win the Game if You Let Him”
Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow knows exactly what he’s up against every time he faces Cleveland Browns’ pass rusher Myles Garrett.
“He can win the game if you let him,” Burrow said, highlighting Garrett’s impact on the field. Over the years, Garrett has sacked Burrow 9 times, the most any opposing quarterback has faced in his career. Notably, Garrett’s 100th career sack came against Burrow last season.
“As a quarterback, you have to be aware of where he’s at at all times…because sometimes, he’s back there before you can catch the ball, basically, and you have to get it out,” Burrow added.
It’s clear that Myles Garrett is one of the most dominant pass rushers in the NFL, and even elite quarterbacks like Burrow must respect his game-changing ability.
