I mean seriously, at this point in the NFL, even a gentle breeze near a quarterback’s head might draw a flag. Some fans joked, “Next time, defenders should just back away slowly — or else get hit with a ‘Roughing by Eye Contact’ penalty!”

Bears fans, understandably frustrated, could only say one thing — “Come on, man!”
