Shedeur Sanders Cleveland Browns Kevin Stefanski

When Shedeur Sanders stepped into his sudden NFL debut after Dillon Gabriel went down with a concussion, it was already a tough situation. But the stat line made it even tougher: 4-of-16 passing, 47 yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception.

Most normal NFL fans understood the context—unexpected debut, tons of pressure, limited experience.

But one person absolutely refused to accept reality: NFL reporter Josina Anderson.

She somehow found a way to highlight Sanders’ two-yard completion as a heroic play. She proudly posted:

The real magic, of course, came from Jerry Jeudy, who dodged multiple Ravens defenders to convert the first down. But in Josina’s analysis, Jeudy apparently didn’t exist—only Sanders’ “greatness.”

Then Josina fired up her next agenda: blaming Kevin Stefanski. According to her, Sanders struggled ONLY because Stefanski didn’t give him any first-team reps. She wrote:

Problem? No backup quarterback in the NFL gets first-team reps during the season. That’s just how the league works.
But Josina’s tweets made it look like Stefanski personally sabotaged Sanders’ career.

And she wasn’t done. She doubled down with another clip trying to justify her claims:

This isn’t even the first time Josina has shown her Sanders obsession. After his preseason performance against the Panthers, she even shaded the Giants with this tweet:

Put it all together, and it feels like no matter what Shedeur does—good, bad, or disastrous—Josina is ready with cape, shield, and excuses.

Now with reports saying Sanders is expected to start Sunday vs. the Las Vegas Raiders, we’ll soon find out whether he truly steps up…
or whether Josina’s Twitter account becomes the real MVP again.
