The Eastern Kentucky University player has the cops called on him from a woman claiming he was acting aggressively and erratically earlier this week.
After officers arrived on scene, a scuffle between Harris and the cops ensued, climaxing with the 6-foot-3, 245-pound linebackers body-slamming one officer into the asphalt.
